Sustainability at each step. This challenge was conceived with a concentrate on full-circle sustainability. The idea facilities on prefabricated wood modules constructed by native craftsmen, leveraging their abilities and methods to avoid wasting each time and price. By counting on a single materials—wooden—the development stays clear, environment friendly, and fast to assemble, as every element arrives pre-made for simple on-site set up.

The system contains three module sorts: a collection, a kitchen unit, and a free module that may function a front room, terrace, or an extension of the others. Every module measures 32 m² (4 x 8 m) and is constructed on spherical eucalyptus pillars that assist beams, rafters, and autoclaved pine slats.

The facet partitions characteristic double layers of 20 cm-wide autoclaved pine boards, creating house for plumbing, electrical programs, and each thermal and acoustic insulation. The entrance façade consists solely of timber frames and glass, whereas the rear is fitted with adjustable louvers for pure cross-ventilation. A roof of autoclaved pine shingles with beneficiant overhangs shields the modules from direct daylight.

Raised flooring retains the construction off the bottom, preserving soil permeability and offering a technical house for utilities and tools. Even the furnishings—kitchen, cupboards, and facet tables—had been crafted from leftover wooden from the development course of.

With renewable wooden as its major constructing materials, the challenge minimizes environmental impression whereas delivering a heat, pure dwelling atmosphere.
